Megafrog
A downloadable game
My entry for the Amiga Blitz Basic Game Jam 2022. It's vertical scrolling Frogger, but you have a tongue with which to eat dragonflies. Once you've eaten enough, you can become MEGAFROG and eat cars. Work in Progress.
Requires an Amiga with 14mhz or better CPU

Merry Christmas! I have just uploaded version 0.3.12 - XmasFrog.
There are some bugfixes, there are still many bugs. The main new thing is that megafrog no longer eats the cars, but shoots them. Yes, it's now got a vertical shmup element.

Thank you! it's early days yet as I have limited free time. I joined the jam just to learn and have fun and I definitely achieved those goals, the community has been fantastic. I hope to keep working on this game (among other projects!) Thanks for playing.
Don't forget, it's a 2 button game. button 2 will turn you into a Megafrog provided you have > 2 on your energy bar.
